In the Virgin Islands, too many political conversations happen about people instead of with them — and heading into 2026, the stakes are too high for business-as-usual campaigning. We created Decision 2026: 20v1 to make space for real answers, real pressure, and real public accountability.
We are all witnesses to the challenges people in the Virgin Islands are living with every day: a cost of living that keeps rising while wages stay the same, systems that move slowly or inefficiently, and a political culture where many people feel disconnected from the decisions that shape their lives.
People are frustrated.
People are tired.
And many feel like their voices don’t matter.
We believe the Virgin Islands deserves better.
Decision 2026, 20v1 is our attempt to create a different kind of political conversation in the Virgin Islands.
In this filmed civic forum, one gubernatorial candidate sits down with 20 community members from across the territory to engage directly on the issues shaping our future.
Instead of speeches or soundbites, candidates respond to real questions and claims from citizens in a structured, moderated exchange designed to surface ideas, priorities, and leadership under pressure.
The goal is simple: give Virgin Islanders a deeper, more transparent way to understand the people asking for their vote.
We need you to help us make this production a reality!
