Aloha, friends and ʻohana —
For years, Cue Live (House of Hawaiian Music) in Concord has been a home for quality Hawaiian music at an affordable cost, thanks to the generosity of Carole Davis. Through her support, we’ve been able to host incredible concerts featuring both local and visiting Hawaiian artists — all in a space filled with aloha.
Now, we need your kokua. The Cue’s HVAC system has unexpectedly gone out — a big surprise expense we didn’t see coming. Without it, our beloved venue (and all those beautiful evenings of slack key and song) will be put on pause.
We’re hoping to raise $4,000 to cover cost of the new AC system. Every dollar helps us keep the doors open, the room comfortable, and the music flowing.
If you can’t make it to our fundraising concert on Saturday, November 22, please consider donating right here. Your support will directly help Carole Davis, LandezaPresents, and our mission to keep Hawaiian music alive and thriving in the Bay Area.
Mahalo nui loa for your generosity, your aloha, and your continued support. Let’s come together, keep the cool air flowing, and the Hawaiian music playing strong!
With aloha,
Patrick Landeza & the LandezaPresents ʻOhana
