Help Us Honor Joe at Out of the Darkness Walk

Hey guys,

My uncle Joe took his own life three years ago. Every year myself, my daughter, his daughter (my cousin), and my mother join thousands of supporters in Philadelphia and walk in honor of him at the Out of the Darkness Walk Suicide Prevention Awareness. Our team is called Joe’s Jackass’s because he was always known to call us that when we were being jackasses lol. We walk along side families who have lost fathers, mothers, sisters, brothers, friends, and anyone who has suffered or is still suffering from mental health. This is not only important to me and my family, but to his daughter who continues to keep his legacy alive. I am still amazed at how much compassion and strength she shows at this walk and everyday. This money will go to the ASFP Association to help anyone who is still struggling. For anyone who is battling mental health YOU ARE NOT ALONE. The Suicide and Crisis hotline number is #988.
