Today, we lost a beautiful soul, Ericka, my mom’s best friend and a woman who truly lit up every room she entered. She was young, full of grace, and had a heart so sweet it touched everyone she met. Through difficult times, including their dialysis treatments, Ericka and my mom supported one another, lifting each other up with strength and love. Their bond was unbreakable.

Ericka passed away early this morning, leaving behind a deep void in our hearts. In this incredibly painful moment, we’re reaching out for support to help cover her final expenses and honor her with the peace and dignity she deserves.

Hoy despedimos a un alma hermosa Ericka, la mejor amiga de mi mamá, una mujer joven, llena de luz y con un corazón tan dulce que tocaba a todos los que la conocían. En los momentos más difíciles, como durante sus tratamientos de diálisis, ella y mi mamá se apoyaban mutuamente, dándose fuerza y amor cada día. Su vínculo era inquebrantable.

Ericka falleció esta madrugada, dejando un vacío profundo en nuestros corazones. En este momento tan doloroso, acudimos a ustedes para pedir su apoyo y así poder cubrir los gastos necesarios para despedirla con la paz y dignidad que merece.
