Help Us Grow SoulFest: A Community Built by Community
In 2022, as the Covid pandemic began to wind down, the world started to reconnect. For Angela, a single mom passionate about coaching, crafting, and crystals, the call to action was clear: our community needed spaces to heal, grow, and come back together.
The isolation of the pandemic left many feeling disconnected, and rebuilding relationships, businesses, and lives was a real struggle. Angela reached out to others in our local spiritual and holistic community, and together, we envisioned a space where people could find inspiration, healing, and connection. That vision became SoulFest.
Our mission was simple but powerful:
- Create a space for spiritual seekers to explore holistic practices and support their mental, emotional, and physical well-being.
- Promote understanding and connection in central Nebraska, where resources for intuitive and energy work practices remain scarce.
- Celebrate creativity and small businesses, especially women-owned startups, crafters, coaches, and healers.
- Foster collaboration and growth among people passionate about making a difference.
With just three co-hosts, a small group of dedicated volunteers, and a lot of heart, SoulFest hosted its first show. That first event brought over 400 curious and creative attendees, and since then, we’ve grown, welcoming 500-700 patrons at every event. We’ve showcased intuitive readers, Reiki and sound work practitioners, artists, crafters, holistic wellness providers, and even partnered with local animal rescues to support pets in need.
Now, as we prepare for 2025, our vision is bigger than ever. We want to expand our reach, increase visibility, and support our vendors in growing their businesses while connecting even more people to creative, life-affirming practices. But we need your help to make it happen.
Our goal is to raise $750 by March 1st to purchase two vibrant entry flags and ten reusable yard signs to promote SoulFest across central Nebraska. These tools will help us attract more visitors, ensuring our vendors have the best chance to connect with the community and thrive.

If we exceed our goal, additional funds will go toward providing snacks and thank-you gifts for our hardworking volunteers, who make these events possible.
