Help The Clinton Community Pool Go the Distance!

The Jack Boynton Community Pool in Clinton has been providing a safe, affordable, welcoming space for summer fun for 64 years, serving people from Clinton, Kirkland, New Hartford, Rome, Utica and many other communities in our area. We're asking for your help to restore our aging pool so that we can keep going for another six decades.

For many who grew up in the area, their best summer memories are the Pool -- early morning swimming lessons, cannonball contests, volleyball and dodgeball on the grass, or just time with friends and family. Over the years, we’ve taught thousands of children to swim and hundreds of families continue to spend their days at the Pool. We’re committed to keeping memberships and swim lessons affordable, so that everyone in the community can enjoy our safe and welcoming space.

After more than 60 years, our aging Pool needs some loving care-- a complete resurfacing, replacement of aging pipes, and other updates to keep the Pool going. We need to raise $150,000 to undertake these major repairs.

While this is a big goal, we have exciting news! One of our long-time supporters has stepped forward with an amazing offer. If we can raise $135,000 by Dec. 31, 2022, this supporter will donate the final $15,000 needed to meet our goal.
