Many of you know that for the past two years, we have been supporting Misha—helping him secure UK residency and begin the long journey of healing from the deep trauma and abuse he endured in his childhood. Working closely with his psychologist and psychiatrist, it has become clear that Misha now needs a chance to experience independence—away from the painful reminders of his past—so that he can begin to rebuild his life.

Misha has taken an active role in his recovery and has found a unique trauma rehabilitation program in Thailand that combines fitness (kickboxing, swimming, meditation) with therapy, giving him the structure and space he needs to heal. This is not just a getaway—it’s a carefully considered, therapist-approved next step that could truly be life-changing for him.

However, Misha is still without financial resources. For the past two years, we, alongside friends, have provided for his living costs, legal fees, food, clothing, and basic needs. Now, we need to raise £4,500 to fund his participation in this program for two months—covering travel, accommodation, and program fees.

We are turning to those who know and care about Misha because we believe this opportunity will allow him to break free from survival mode and finally step toward stability, self-sufficiency, and a hopeful future. There are already people eager to offer him work when he returns, but without this intervention, he risks further stagnation and worsening mental health.

Rather than sharing bank details, we are setting up a GoFundMe campaign, making it simpler, safer, and more transparent for those who wish to contribute. Every donation, whether £10, £100, or £1,000, is not just financial support—it is a message to Misha that he is seen, valued, and deserving of a future beyond his past.
