My name is Zora Anetor-Ebhabha, and I’m raising funds for a cause that lives close to my heart— supporting young girls in Lagos, Nigeria, who simply do not have access to quality education. The Dear Daughter of Mine Collective (DDOM) is launching a scholarship initiative to fully sponsor one year of schooling for 50 girls in vulnerable communities, from kindergarten through 12th grade, in 2026, and I am raising funds for DDOM to make this mission possible.

For many families, education is a luxury far beyond reach. When survival is the priority, sending a daughter to school feels impossible. And for too many girls, the consequences are devastating— some are married off to men old enough to be their grandfathers, because their parents believe it is a better “investment” to collect a small fee than to put money toward her future. This is the reality of over 13 million girls in Nigeria annually.

But every girl deserves to sit in a classroom, hold a book that belongs to her, and dream beyond the limits of her environment. With your help, we can break barriers, remove financial roadblocks, and create pathways that lead to literacy, confidence, safety, and long-term independence.
