Help us get to Oz for Al’s mum

Hi friends. We’ve recently gotten some news about Al’s mums health, and need to make an emergency trip to Australia to visit her - kinda ASAP.

Travel to, from and in Oz is expensive at the best of times and even more so when needing to plan last minute accessible travel, cat sitters, etc. Because of this we are reaching out to y’all for some help.

If you can give some money towards our trip, we would be very grateful. PLEASE only do this if you actually have the money. The cost of living is wild right now.

Al and I are not broke and have some family support to pay for bits of the trip. We are just trying to avoid rinsing our savings, and are wanting to buffer some of the income we’re gonna loose in the next month while we travel.

This money will mainly go towards flights which, due to various access needs for both of us, are currently looking to cost anywhere between £4-£10k each depending on when we can travel.
