Phillipe is our son we have had him since he was 3 months old his mother abandoned him. He is our light and joy. If you have met him you know he is loving and cares so much for the well being of others. 
We are in a time crunch to raise funds to appeal for his domesticated Indiana Guardianship. Anything will help. We have been trying to get all this done for over 5 years now in Haiti and the states. It has not been a easy process but we want to give our baby the best future we can offer him.
