My husband and I recently experienced a horrible accident that has turned our lives upside down. We were trying to give an emergency unit the right of way by moving out of their path. I turned left at the lights to get out of the way, but the emergency vehicle's lights were so bright that I got nervous and wasn't sure where the state trooper was going. By the time I realized, I had entered the intersection and we were t-boned by another vehicle. Our car was completely totaled, and now we are left without any transportation.

This has made daily life incredibly difficult for our family. We need a vehicle to take our son to school, get to doctors appointments, attend his sports activities, go grocery shopping, and most importantly, get to work. Without a car, we are struggling to manage even the most basic tasks and responsibilities. We are doing everything we can to get back on our feet, but right now, we need help from our community.
