Ever since my sweet little sister came into this world, her dad has made my mom’s life hell. As of today (April 17, 2021), my mom nor I have seen Montgomeri since March of 2020. My mom is blocked from calling and texting her from both his and Montgomeri’s phones. He has called my mom a terrible mother, which I can argue all day about how wonderful of a mother she is, he has called her stupid, and has called her a b*tch. Just yesterday was Montgomeri’s 10th birthday, and my mom didn’t even get to call or text her to tell her happy birthday!! My mom can only see her on “his terms,” and when I say “his terms,” that’s if at all. Like I said we have not seen her since March of 2020. Today he called my mom twice and her boyfriend telling them my mom will never speak/see Montgomeri ever again! My mom does not deserve to go through this! There is a court order in place that he does not go by so he has been in contempt of court for the past 3 years. We are asking that you donate anything you can to help my mom get an attorney so we can get my sister in the home she belongs in!! Not a brainwashing, toxic environment!! Gomeri and I have been best friends since she was born and I miss her so much!! My mom works at my school, pays insurance for Montgomeri (that her dad doesn’t even use) and pays him child support. We could really use the help!! We know Montgomeri would be much happier getting to see her family, ESPECIALLY HER MOM!!! Thank y’all in advance!! Get Gomeri home!!!
