Hi, my name is Afam and together with my wife Kwenza, we want to fully fund the IVF fertility treatment for between 2 to 4 couples in Hertfordshire to give them the best chance of parenthood.

Therefore, we aim to raise £25,000 in order to help make this a reality.

This is important to us because 1 in 7 UK couples experience infertility. We were once one of those couples, who ineligible for NHS funded treatment, had to go through 5 cycles of privately funded treatment before the birth of our daughter.

Because we know how challenging emotionally and financially that can be, we decided to set up a community interest company, Adaobi Fertility CIC, to help bridge the fertility funding gap.

The funds raised via GoFundMe will be paid from Adaobi Fertility CIC to a fertility clinic for each couple to fully fund 1 cycle of IVF treatment and supplementary clinical costs. This will remove the financial burden towards the chance of them having a child. As an individual or business, we would appreciate your willingness to support our cause.
