We are writing this because we’ve hit a wall—quite literally. Like many families, we’ve weathered some unexpected financial storms lately, but the most pressing one is happening right over our heads.

For a while now, we’ve been battling a persistent leak in our roof and ceiling. We wanted to handle it ourselves to save money, and we have invested both much of our time and what money we have left over into various "DIY fixes." Unfortunately, despite our best efforts and genuine sweat equity, the problem remains. We have reached the limit of our skillset, and the damage is reaching a point where we need to bring in professionals before the structural integrity of our home is compromised.

The Reality

We aren't looking for a handout; we are looking for a hand up (I know, I know, i used a cliche line here). We know times are tough for everyone, and asking for financial support is the last thing we wanted to do. But keeping our home dry and safe for our family has become our top priority.

We are currently gathering quotes from reputable local contractors to get the job done right, once and for all, and want to be transparent about pricing we find.

How You Can Help

If you are in a position to contribute, please know that 100% of every dollar raised will go directly toward the roof repair. If we are fortunate enough to have any funds remaining after the roof is fully restored, they will be strictly reserved for other critical home maintenance to prevent future issues.
