Help Us File for 501(c)(3) Status

We have already registered our nonprofit with the State of Florida and received our EIN.

Our next step is filing Form 1023 with the IRS so we can apply for federal 501(c)(3) tax-exempt status. The IRS filing fee is $250.

Our mission is to build an equine therapy nonprofit serving veterans and children with disabilities.

We are asking for founding supporters to help us cover this filing fee so we can move forward the right way.

Important note: We are not approved as a 501(c)(3) yet. We are preparing to file, and donations through this fundraiser should not be treated as guaranteed tax-deductible. Funds raised will be used for the IRS filing fee.
