Hello Neighbors and Concerned Citizens of West Vincent and West Pikeland Townships!

The Toll Brothers have proposed a development on the Bennett Farm property that borders Chester Springs Road, Route 401, and St. Matthews Road. The plan decimates the viewsheds on Chester Springs Road and plans TWO roads to enter Chester Springs Road, thus substantially increasing traffic and eliminating the peace and quiet of our country lane.

To challenge this plan, we have hired a lawyer and engineer, both with excellent experience at challenging these kinds of developments.

But lawyers and engineers cost money. If you value our country lane and bucolic environment, please chip in to help us FIGHT this new development by the Toll Brothers, who care nothing about our community. Let's keep West Vincent Township beautiful!
