For the past few years, I've been telling my landlord about a termite problem at this property. This year, he finally got it inspected, and now me and my family are being displaced from our apartment permanently!! I'm sure he's trying to get us out so he can drastically raise the rent for the next tenants . Needless to say, I need to put all my family's belongings in storage while they take care of the termites and do the necessary structural repairs, but I still have a lease. I need to hire a lawyer for my family so another rich slumlord doesn't make another hardworking family homeless because of his greed. We've been struggling with my wife's health as it is, and this is not only greedy and evil, it's the straw that will break the camel's back.
