On April 19th, our world was shattered.

Willie Lee Singleton Jr., known to everyone as Will, was killed in a horrific car crash caused by a 19-year-old drunk driver in Massapequa. Will didn’t stand a chance. And while his family is left grieving, broken, and trying to make sense of this nightmare… the young man who took his life is already out on bail, living freely, his wealthy parents ensuring he faces little consequence for his choices.

Will was a father, a son, a brother, and a friend. He was someone who lit up every room he walked into, always quick with a smile, always the first to help. He deserved to grow old, to watch his family thrive, to live a full life. Instead, we are left with memories, and his family is left with an unimaginable hole in their lives.

We are raising money not just for Will’s funeral expenses, but for his family to survive this storm. To cover legal fees as they fight for accountability. To give them one less thing to worry about while they grieve.
