We are reaching out for support in an urgent legal battle to protect a vulnerable child who has been failed by the system. This child, who was once in our care and remains deeply loved by our family, has suffered mistreatment, neglect, and unnecessary separation from those who care for her most.

From the moment she entered our lives, she made it clear that she wanted to be part of our family. Despite this, the system has ignored her wishes and placed barriers between us and her, denying her the stability, love, and security she deserves.

Over the past year, we have fought tirelessly to ensure that she is safe, heard, and protected. Unfortunately, due to serious failures within the foster care system, she has endured documented abuse in placements that should have protected her. Despite overwhelming evidence, she was placed in harm’s way, and now, she has been cut off from us entirely without legal justification—a direct violation of her rights.
