My name is Caelie , and I’m a mother fighting for justice and protection for my 8-year-old daughter.
Recently, a social media platform called The Hodgetwins (also known as The Hodges Brothers) stole images of my daughter from an innocent family video I posted online. They used her photo without my consent and spread it across multiple social media platforms — falsely claiming she was transgender.
These lies have gone viral. My daughter’s face has been shared thousands of times alongside hateful and harmful comments — all started by grown adults targeting a child.
We have reported the posts repeatedly, but they remain online. Each day that her image circulates, my daughter’s safety and dignity are further violated. No parent should have to watch strangers twist their child’s identity for views, clicks, or political agendas.
I’m now seeking legal assistance to take proper action against those responsible and to push for accountability from the platforms that allowed this to happen. Unfortunately, legal representation for online exploitation and defamation cases can be expensive.
I am humbly asking for help to cover:
• Legal consultation and attorney fees
• Documentation and filing costs
• Cyber investigation and content removal support
• Emotional support resources for my daughter
Every donation — big or small — helps us take one step closer to justice and ensures that no other child or parent has to experience this kind of online abuse.
If you can’t donate, please consider sharing our story. Awareness matters just as much as financial help.
Thank you for standing with us, for protecting children, and for believing that truth and compassion should win over cruelty and exploitation.
With gratitude,
Caelie
