We began our journey in 2019 by feeding and supplying homeless people in the West Midlands with food parcels and supplies. This inspired us to become a registered charity. We have been established as a registered charity since 2023. Feed the Nation supplies food parcels and distributes them to those in need. We target the most vulnerable people in society and tackle issues such as homelessness and food poverty that families face daily.
Our purpose is to help individuals and families who are struggling with daily living costs and are experiencing food poverty due to the cost of living crisis.
At Feed the Nation, we welcome anyone who reaches out to us regardless of their beliefs, ethnicity or background. We believe everyone has a right to eat and nobody should choose between eating or paying bills. We promote healthy eating, and we often give out fresh produce such as fruit and vegetables with our food parcels.
Feed The Nation has been a self-funding charity for a number of years, and now we are registered, we depend on donations to keep our organisation going.
We aim to provide food parcels to as many people as we can reach. We do this by supporting other organisations who share our vision as well.
We aim to provide food to as many people as we can reach, we do this by supporting other organisations who share our vision and are providing support for those dealing with challenges of food poverty by redistributing our surplus stock to other charities such as homeless shelters.
