Hello!

I am a high school student in SFUSD, I planned and will be hosting a free hot meal event in San Francisco! Specifically for the Chinatown neighborhood, as I grew up there seeing the struggle. This event will be for anyone that’s in need, but my target audience is the elderly, low income families, and the unhoused. My goal is to be able to support my community and inspire others to do the same. My idea is to collab with a local restaurant to provide the food. This way I can support local businesses as well as giving back to my community. As of right now, I only have a small budget ready to give to the restaurant, maybe about 50 meals, but I am really hoping to feed as many people as I can as well as being able to give kitchen staff a good tip.
