We are 50501 – Norwich, a non-partisan community group dedicated to supporting our neighbors and bringing people together through kindness, activism, and community service.

This Veteran’s Day (Tuesday, 11/11), the regular St. Bartholomew’s community meal is but scheduled due to the holiday and school being off, leaving many in Norwich without their usual warm meal or connection that day. To help fill that gap, we’re planning to provide a free sack lunch-style meal to anyone in our community who needs it. No questions asked.

We believe that no one should go hungry, especially on a day meant to honor service, sacrifice, and community. Your donation will help us cover the cost of food, supplies, and packaging so we can reach as many people as possible.

Every dollar makes a difference. Whether it buys a sandwich, a piece of fruit, or a drink for someone who could really use it.

All time will be volunteer only. No workers will be paid.

Any remaining funds will go directly toward providing a future community meal, continuing our effort to keep Norwich cared for and connected.
