Men’s Sheds play a vital role in supporting men’s mental health and wellbeing. They offer a safe, welcoming space where men can talk openly, learn new skills, share knowledge, and contribute to community projects. For many, the shed becomes a lifeline — a place to rebuild confidence, make friends, and stay active.

With demand increasing across our region, the extra space will allow us to welcome more men instead of turning them away.
