This Ramadan, I am fundraising to raise £250 for my charity the Inara Project. Me and my family will be completing a hike to Dovedale in Ashbourne.
We are dedicated to empowering and uplifting vulnerable women in our communities. Your donation will help us continue our vital work, providing support, resources, and safe spaces for those in need.
Who Are We?
The Inara Project is a non-profit organisation with a mission to uplift and support women through charity and community initiatives. Since our launch in December 2020, we have rapidly grown, focusing on helping survivors of domestic violence, the homeless community, and refugees.
We believe in female empowerment and aim to highlight that women are the backbone of society. Through our projects, we provide safe spaces, essential resources, and skills-based initiatives to help women regain confidence and independence.
Our Impact
Here are just a few of the initiatives we’ve successfully launched:
✅ Care Package Project – We provided custom-made luxury care packages to vulnerable women on multiple occasions.
✅ Homeless Food Drive – Partnering with local charities, we delivered hot meals to the homeless in Bournemouth.
✅ In Our Kitchen – In 2022, we created a community kitchen where vulnerable women could cook meals together for the homeless
✅ Sew Good – A sewing class designed to bring women together in a creative and safe space.
Our Current Projects
Inaralympics – Inspired by the 2024 Olympics, we have been offering Yoga and Self-Defence classes for BAME women (16-30 years old). We've expanded to netball, running and pilates and continue to run these.
S.H.E - Support Her into Employment - in 2026 we plan to launch our first ever project in the West Midlands with our bespoke employment service for women!
