I grew up around my dad, Ryan, who was born with no arms and no legs. Because of him, I’ve always been surrounded by people of all different abilities. And honestly, they’ve been some of my biggest inspirations. Watching people with disabilities push through challenges that most of us can’t imagine has taught me to be grateful for what I have and to believe that anything is possible.

My dad has spent years mentoring kids who were born like him. Many of these families come from lower-income backgrounds, and I’ve seen firsthand just how expensive it can be when someone in your family has a disability. Insurance often doesn’t cover things that are truly necessary, and the costs of doctor visits, equipment, and daily support add up quickly.

That’s why this year’s Driven By Art isn’t just about celebrating cars and creativity—it’s about giving back directly. We’ll be sponsoring a few families to help support their kids in their personal endeavors, whether that’s through adaptive equipment, art programs, or other needs that help them thrive.

Last year, our very first show brought together over 400 people and raised more than $8,000. On September 26th, 2025, we’re back—this time with both the art + car show in Detroit and a three-day rally across Michigan. Together, these events will continue building community, creating connections, and raising funds to support these incredible families.

Putting this on takes a lot of resources—venue costs, permits, security, rally logistics—but with your help, we can make it happen and keep the focus where it belongs: on the kids and families who need it most.
