Starting November 2nd, we Alex (22) and Isabel (21), will be traveling to Cape Town for 10 weeks to volunteer with two local organizations: African Jewel and the Out of Africa Children’s Foundation. These foundations have been dedicated for many years to supporting children and young people in vulnerable situations by giving them access to education, food, and new opportunities for the future.

During our stay, we will be contributing to several meaningful projects.

Alex will be working on hydroponics, an innovative and sustainable way of growing food without soil, helping communities become more self-sufficient. Isabel will focus on the Computer Academy, a project that teaches young people valuable digital skills they can use to build their future.

To help this project grow, we are collecting old laptops. These will be fully refurbished and used at the Computer Academy, giving them a second life while empowering youth with digital knowledge.

In addition, we are raising funds that will go 100% directly to the organizations, ensuring that their valuable work can continue and expand.
