Help us Donate New Coats for Richmond Kids This Winter.
Tax deductible
Hello, I am Elizabeth J. Rice, a community and civil rights activist with the "Richmond 34," a group of students from Virginia Union University in Richmond, Virginia, who participated in the non-violent sit-ins at the Thalhimer's Department Store lunchroom counter in 1960. As one of the leaders for the "Richmond 34," I am now the CEO of "Be Part of the Solution Foundation Inc. (BPOS)," a 501(c)(3) charity.
This season, we want to provide kids with coats in Richmond, Virginia, and surrounding counties during the winter months. We need your donations soon to make this happen. "Give a Kid a Coat Inc." out of Dallas, Texas, is supplying the new coats for us.
