Dear community,
Six months ago, beneath a humble tarp in the High Country, I watched a man in his fifties weep as he finally released grief he'd carried for two decades. Around him, ten others sat in sacred witness, the rain drumming overhead while our makeshift shelter provided space for his breakthrough.
This is the work we do together. This is why we gather.
Over the years, many of you have sat with us beneath the stars, around the fire, and within the sacred circle. You've witnessed what happens when we create intentional space for healing, remembrance, and transformation. Our old canvas tipi became an anchor for that work - a threshold between worlds that honoured the magnitude of what unfolded within it.
But since moving on, and transitioning our ceremonial gatherings to more remote wilderness locations, we've been relying on our humble tarp setup to centre the space.
It's done the job, but it's time to create a new ceremonial anchor worthy of the profound shifts happening within it.

️ The Vision: A Custom Canvas Marquee
We’re envisioning a 13m x 9m canvas ceremonial marquee, supported by timber poles - a structure strong enough to anchor our ceremonies, spacious enough for our intimate circles, and portable enough to follow us into the wild places where transformation occurs.
While tipis are great, transporting long poles to some of our semi-remote locations isn't practical, hence the new canopy.
This new structure will be:
- Grounded yet portable - honoring both permanence and pilgrimage
- Weatherproof yet breathable - protection without separation from the elements
- A temple made of canvas and wood - simple materials holding sacred space
When the storms come -and they will- our ceremonies continue. When the sun blazes, we gather in comfort. When someone needs to break open, they do so under a canopy that facilitates the nature of that blossoming.
---
The Total Investment: $6,000 AUD
This will cover:
- High-quality canvas + timber pole materials ($3500)
- Skilled labour to custom-make it ($2200)
- Freight to regional Victoria ($300)
This isn't just purchasing equipment.
We're birthing a new ceremonial structure for work that has already transformed hundreds of lives and will continue to serve hundreds more in the years to come.

Sacred Reciprocity: Give to the Work, Receive from the Work
Following the Andean principle of Ayni - the sacred flow of giving and receiving:
Donate $250 or more and your gift becomes credit toward any future ceremonial or wilderness program in 2025–2026 (pending your readiness and health). Any amount though, no matter the size, is received with gratitude and helps bring this vision to life.
For those blessed with abundance who feel called to make a larger contribution, I'd love to speak personally about how we can honour that level of investment in this vision.

The Timeline
If funds are raised in time, our new ceremonial home will be ready by early Spring 2025 - perfect timing for the next cycle of ceremonial gatherings and the deeper work that calls us into the wilderness.
---
In Gratitude
Whether you contribute financially or share this vision with others who might feel called to support it - thank you.
This is more than canvas and poles. This is sacred architecture for the work that matters most: the healing of heart and spirit, the remembering of our deeper nature, the transformation that happens when we dare to gather with intention.
Your support honour not just this vision, but every person who will step into this space for healing, empowerment and collective transformation.
I'd be truly appreciative for any support.
With gratitude,
Caiyuda
