On behalf of the East Shore Property Owners Association, a registered 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization (EIN: 92-3140807), we are excited to share an opportunity to invest in a lasting community project: the construction of an ADA-compliant playground at Bear Lake, a privately owned but publicly accessible beach in Noble County, Indiana.

We have already secured a $25,000 matching grant, which will double every dollar donated up to $25,000. This means your contribution has the power to go twice as far (and is tax deductible) but only if we meet our goal by October 30, 2026.

This playground will serve approximately 10,000 visitors annually, offering children of all abilities a safe, inclusive, and engaging place to play. It will promote health, inclusion, and joy for generations to come.
