Help Us Buy A Wheelchair Accessible Vehicle For Jack

Hi, my name is Jen. I'm a proud mum to 4 beautiful children. My oldest child Jack is 17, he is severely disabled and faces challenges everyday. This year we have faced real struggles, from having to move out of our family home to having all money that Jack is entitled to stopped! We have had no disability payments for Jack this year due to him moving from DLA to PIP. This means that entitlement to a motability vehicle has also stopped. We currently have no way of transporting Jack to his essential medical appointments or for him to access social activities and days out with us as a family. This is having a huge impact on us all as a family and we would love to be able to have access to a vehicle for us all to enjoy days out and be able to make special memories all together again.
