L.L.A.M.A es un espacio de sanación digital para que líderes culturales como tú puedan respirar, descansar y sentirse vistos. Con tu idioma, tu historia y tu propia forma de sanar.
Hola, soy Jorge Vidal, fundador de Intercambios, una organización cultural basada en la sanación y la justicia económica. Durante más de 15 años he acompañado a líderes culturales que cuidan comunidades enteras en momentos de crisis y transformación: organizadores, defensores, sanadores, artistas, cuidadores, entre otros.
Yo personalmente he vivido el agotamiento, la fatiga por compasión y el silencio que llega cuando llevas sobre tus hombros el peso que cargamos de otros. Además, muchos de nosotros también somos sobrevivientes, aún aprendiendo a cargar con nuestro propio dolor mientras cuidamos de los demás.
Por eso creamos L.L.A.M.A —la app de sanación para líderes culturales—, un ecosistema digital donde la sanación y la cultura se encuentran. Porque la mayoría de las apps de bienestar no se acomodan a nuestras realidades: nuestras familias, nuestras historias de migración, nuestros encuentros diarios con el racismo o las inequidades sistémicas que debemos navegar día a día. L.L.A.M.A nació para cambiar esto.
Este no es un proyecto individual. Ha sido moldeado por las voces y la sabiduría de nuestro Círculo de Asesores, un grupo de líderes y organizaciones afroamericanas, indígenas y latinas, incluyendo: Zahara Consulting, Voces Latinas, ResourceWell, Gray O.A.K., Rooting Movement, Liberation Leadership, JoyJuice Club, Black Impact Strategies, Rebecca Rodríguez, Josie Serrata y Zakiya Deonne Kyle.
Estamos recaudando $25,000 USD para desarrollar nuestro primer prototipo. Tu granito de arena hará posible:
- Mapeo de bienestar y equidad – Una evaluación co-creada con líderes culturales para identificar los factores emocionales, culturales y sistémicos que afectan el bienestar.
- Coaching cultural – Guías afrodescendientes, latinos e indígenas que ofrecen sanación somática, espiritual y basada en el arte.
- Apoyo con IA — L.L.A.M.A Chat – Un acompañante digital para los momentos en que los coaches no estén disponibles, brindando reflexión, cultura y cuidado.
- Puntos de conexión – Espacios futuros, tanto en línea como presenciales, donde líderes culturales podrán encontrarse, compartir y construir comunidades de sanación más allá de la aplicación.

The L.L.A.M.A app is a healing space for cultural leaders to breathe, rest, and be seen, in your language, your story, your way of healing.
Hola, I’m Jorge Vidal, founder of Intercambios, a cultural enterprise rooted in healing and economic justice. For the past 15+ years, I’ve supported cultural leaders who hold entire communities through crisis and transformation — organizers, advocates, healers, artists, caregivers.
Many of us are survivors ourselves, still learning how to hold our own pain while caring for others.
I’ve lived burnout, compassion fatigue, and the silence that comes with carrying the weight of others’ healing.
That’s why we created L.L.A.M.A — The Healing App for Cultural Leaders : a digital ecosystem where culture and healing meet. Because most wellness or healing apps don’t see us. They rarely account for the realities we carry—our families, our migration stories, our daily encounters with racism, or the systemic inequities we’re forced to navigate. L.L.A.M.A was born to change that.
This is not a solo project It is shaped by the voices and wisdom of our Advisory Circle, a group of Black, Indigenous, and Latine leaders and organizations including Zahara Consulting, Voces Latinas, ResourceWell, Gray O.A.K., Rooting Movement, Liberation Leadership, JoyJuice Club, Black Impact Strategies, Rebecca Rodríguez, Josie Serrata, and Zakiya Deonne Kyle.

- Equity-Wellness Assessment – Co-created with cultural researchers to identify emotional, cultural, and systemic conditions that impact well-being.
- Culturally Grounded Coaching – Grow a network of culturally grounded coaches who can offer somatic, spiritual, and creative healing support and be compensated fairly
- AI Support – Train an AI companion that reflects our cultural realities and offers care during moments when a coach is not available.
- Connection Points – Future online and in-person connection spaces where cultural leaders can gather, be witnessed, and heal alongside one another
