What is a Memory Café?

A Memory Café is a warm and welcoming monthly gathering for people experiencing memory loss, along with their caregivers, friends, or family. It’s a safe space where everyone can connect and have fun without worrying about being judged.

Every Memory Café has its own unique vibe, shaped by the interests of those who attend. Some cafés emphasize friendly chats, while others might include engaging activities like arts, music, or creative writing. Occasionally, we even invite speakers to share helpful information!
