Hello, I am Samalia Swan and in our Charity Fund we help elderly in Asian countries.
Right now, Granny Huy’s house in rural Cambodia is no longer safe to live in. The roof is damaged, the walls and wood have rotted, and during heavy rains, the water comes right into her bed. She tries to cover the hole with a tent, but every morning still begins with clearing water out of her home. And often water gets through, right into her eyes.
We believe Granny Huy deserves more than just surviving — she deserves safety, dignity, and a dry, warm place to sleep.
✨ The Plan
At first we had 3 options, but we stopped at the third option after all:
Dream Home (€7,200)
• Concrete foundation
• Walls made of bricks
• A durable, beautiful roof
• A home that will last for decades, with comfort, beauty, and safety.
We will also provide Grandma Chin with all the necessary furniture and household essentials for her new home.
The old house was carefully dismantled and moved.
We will also buy some new things for her house.
✨ Every donation brings us closer to giving her a safe and dignified home.
Thank you so much to everyone who has donated. It truly means a lot.
We also decided to do something special in the house.
Inside, we will place a donor wall with the names of everyone who helped make this possible — as a sign of gratitude.
From the biggest sponsors to the smallest donations.
Because this house is not something I built.
We built it together.
