Hello, I am Samalia Swan and in our Charity Fund we help elderly in Asian countries.

Right now, Granny Huy’s house in rural Cambodia is no longer safe to live in. The roof is damaged, the walls and wood have rotted, and during heavy rains, the water comes right into her bed. She tries to cover the hole with a tent, but every morning still begins with clearing water out of her home. And often water gets through, right into her eyes.

We believe Granny Huy deserves more than just surviving — she deserves safety, dignity, and a dry, warm place to sleep.

We’ve already received all the official permissions — from the landowner, the village authorities, the local police, and even the temple, since her house stands on temple grounds. Everything is ready to begin.

Depending on how much we raise, the house will have different levels of quality and durability. In all three cases, we will also furnish the home with everything she needs for a dignified life.

Basic Home (€4,000)

• Concrete foundation

• Walls made of metal sheets

• Simple metal roof

• A modest but safe shelter that protects her from rain and heat

Reliable Home (€5,800)

• Concrete foundation

• Walls made of concrete blocks (stronger, cooler, and more durable than metal sheets)

• Metal sheet roof

• A safe, long-lasting home that gives her stability and comfort

Dream Home (€7,200)

• Concrete foundation

• Walls made of bricks or high-quality concrete blocks

• A durable, beautiful roof (metal tiles or similar, with the look of ceramic tiles)

• A home that will last for decades, with comfort, beauty, and dignity

✨ No matter which option we reach, we will also provide Grandma Huy with all the necessary furniture and household essentials for her new home.

The old house will be carefully dismantled and moved.

We will also buy some new things for her house.

The house can be built in just 10–14 days. While construction happens, we’ve already arranged a safe temporary place for Granny Huy to stay.
