With the blessings of Guru Sahib and the love of our growing Sangat, Gurdwara Gur Gyan Prakash, London ON, Canada began its journey in a rental space in June 2024. From the very first day, the support has been overwhelming. Attendance grew quickly, families connected deeply, and our children began learning Gurbani, Gurmat, and Punjabi with beautiful enthusiasm.

Today, this growth has brought us to a turning point.

Our current space—though full of warmth and seva—is no longer able to hold the Sangat that gathers with such devotion. We are running out of room for:

• Sangat gatherings

• Langar Hall and Kitchen

• Kids’ and youth programs

• Punjabi/Gurmat classes

• Community seva activities

• Parking

It is now time to build a permanent home—a new Gurdwara Sahib and School—a place where our community can come together to learn, connect, and serve for generations to come.

Our Vision

• Larger Gurdwara sahib with multiple Halls

• Spacious Langar Hall & kitchen

• Classrooms for Sikh studies & Punjabi

• Youth development programs

• Community hall and multipurpose spaces

• Safe, accessible infrastructure for all ages

• Expanded parking for the growing Sangat

Total Project Cost: $3.5 Million

This includes land, building construction, school classrooms, langar hall, community facilities, and all essential infrastructure.

Phase 1 Goal: $700,000

Phase 1 includes:

• Secure the Land

• Permits, planning & early development

• Foundation for Gurdwara & school project
