We are reaching out to you with a special request that could help us keep our dream alive and make our Amazon nature center more accessible for all. Our Madre Selva Resort, located deep in the heart of the Amazon rainforest, offers a sanctuary of preservation and cultural heritage. A peaceful, eco-friendly environment where visitors can connect with nature, natural medicine, experience art, see wildlife, and enjoy the tranquility of this breathtaking environment. Also possibility to work together on our project of preservation and planting garden of medicinal trees and plants.

However, there’s one major obstacle standing in the way: our current road to the resort. Right now, it’s only a muddy, uneven path, crossing trough the jungle making it incredibly difficult for visitors, staff, and supplies to travel to the center, especially during the rainy season.

Why This Road is Crucial

A proper made equal and gravel based road will significantly improve accessibility and make all the difference in:

Visitor Experience: A smooth, safe road will allow our guests to arrive comfortably and enjoy the full experience of our resort without the challenges posed by the current road.

Sustainability: A solid road will allow us to bring in sustainable resources and reduce our environmental impact, which is vital in an area as delicate as the Amazon.

Staff and Operations: Our dedicated staff and supplies need reliable access to the center to ensure smooth daily operations. A gravel road will make it possible to better maintain the property and serve everyone who stays here

Visions and Projects

We are building a ‘give back to nature’ project in balancing the amazon forest in her natural habitat. As our center is only 3 hectares based on 140 hectars land we have, the most part is based on the intention of preserving the untouched jungle and its inhabitants. Therefore- we envision more projects for our future to buy more land to preserve, be a center for education about nature and natural medicines. We are working on reforestation, planting trees and plants back in the jungle to keep the medicinal library alive and flourish.

What We Need

To build this 5 km gravel road, we need to raise [35.000 €]. This amount will cover the costs of materials, labor and the construction process. The road will not only make it easier for guests to reach us, but also for the community that live around in the nearby area. It will also allow us to further develop our resort and improve the experience for everyone.

Inside calculations of the Road Project of 3 weeks:

Supplies and Machinery.

The First step :

- It is to have the soil open to make even prepared by a Motor Grader or Crawler Tractor.

- In 7 days work x 8 hours labor a day the Machinery can make the 5 km.

Price for the equalization Machinery and labor of the road is 17.000 Soles is around € 4.500 Euros

The Second step:

- the loading, the drive and the unloading on the new road, one truck can put 20 mts spread of gravel.

- In 1 km we need to use 50 gravel trucks.

- In total 5 km we need to use 250 gravel trucks.

Price for the gravel Machinery and labor is 75.000 Soles is around € 19.000/20.000 Euros

The Third step:

- Is have the spread gravel made compact and solid with the Road Roller.

- In 7 days work x 8 hours labor a day the Road Roller can make the 5 km.

Price for the equalization Machinery and labor of the road is 14.000 Soles is around € 3.600 Euros

Lodging, food, workers services, extra unseen expenses is around € 8.000 Euros.

Total for this road project is €35.000
