Here are a couple updates. We found the perfect location for the training to take place. I wanted to also thank everyone who has donated so far. We have not yet really pushed this thing out too hard because I would like to get some more details out for the community. Anyhow, below is a link to the interview from a couple years ago. We are building a business that provides a garbage disposal installation and repair service. We will be training high school graduates to serve the community while earning money and scholarships for college. Disposal Gurus will be an excellent path to success for these young adults. With us they will have the opportunity to not only help provide for their family at home. They will also start learning a trade that is in high demand. These young men and women will also receive quarterly profit shares to pay tuition toward the education of their choice. The majority of our participants not only need help making a living to assist family life. They also are in need of transportation, tools, training and so much more in order to provide them with every possible shot at success. We are making all of this a reality while simultaneously building better plumbing service providers to the community. If these youths decide to stick with the plumbing industry they can take advantage of our ground breaking training program that narrows the focus to specific aspects of the trade until that subject is mastered. Once they have proven themselves proficient in one area they will be able to evolve by learning another and another until we have a fully trained plumber. Once trained they would be an excellent fit for any union or plumbing company in need. If the participants choose any other path we will support them in whatever it is. With the entire community working together and our team of caring mentors we can help them reach any goal. We need these funds to purchase the tools, inventory, a couple vans, and build out our training facility as well as finishing out our business infrastructure. We will live feed all training to our you tube channel and the classroom will be open to the public in order to insure transparency as well as promote community involvement. When these kids hit the job market in four months I want to be fully prepared to help our economy, give our youth an attainable goal, and keep them off the streets.
