Help us build a beach cleanup station for our beaches

We are the Boarding House Cape May, a surf-inspired boutique hotel situated between the Delaware Bay and Atlantic Ocean. With our focus on sustainable practices and connection to community, we come to you to ask for your help.

We started a program known as the "Seas your Stay" that rewards guests that stay on our property that participate in a self-guided beach clean-up or one of our monthly staff-led cleanups. Through partnership with the City of Cape May and the New Jersey Clean Communities Council, we have successfully removed over 300 pounds of debris off of our coastline.

Our goal is simple with this GoFundMe account, raise funds to help build a public beach cleanup station for the City of Cape May so guests and local residents can have the resources available to clean the beaches whenever they so choose. With your donation comes the promise of a cleaner waterway for the future of Cape May.

These boxes will be built by Love Blue Inc. a local non-profit, general costs are between $1,500 and $2,000
