Hi, I’m Chef Natasha Burton, founder of Mixed Fillings Pie Shop and creator of the Pie It Forward Florida initiative.

This November, we’re hosting our very first event — Pies in the Park — at James Weldon Johnson Park in downtown Jacksonville. It’s a joyful, community-centered dessert pop-up featuring local pie makers, food trucks, live music, artisan vendors, and storytelling—all baked with purpose.

But this isn’t just about pie.

It’s about people.

All ticket proceeds from this event will be donated directly to the Florida Guardian ad Litem Foundation, Circuit 4, which serves children in foster care across Duval, Clay, and Nassau counties. These children have experienced abuse, neglect, or abandonment—and the Guardian ad Litem Foundation provides them with advocacy, essentials, and life-enriching opportunities that remind them they are seen, loved, and not forgotten.

To make that happen, we need your help.

We’re raising $9,000 to cover the upfront event expenses— insurance, sound, entertainment, rentals, and supplies—so that 100% of ticket sales can go directly to the children we’re serving.
