Help us bring my mom home

My name is Joseline, and my family came to the United States finding the American dream, running away from gang violence and our own death threats. My parents have been working hard every day for me to have a good education and a good lifestyle. My mother, Marisol, came to the United States with a dream wanting to have a better life for herself and her kids. My mom is like the glue to the house, without her we can't stand nor function. She is our guardian angel, she's always giving us positive vibes when we feel down, and she's always the one taking care of us and everyone else around her. She's a strong woman with a beautiful soul. She is one of the most hardworking and one of the nicest and purest person. Even when she's sick or her body hurts, she still finds a way to stand up and keep working. My family hasn't had it easy ever since we came here. We have been going through our ups and downs, but we always try to stay strong and find a way.
Unfortunately, on Monday, September 29, my mom was detained by ICE. She had gone to her immigration court for her yearly immigration check-in. She was doing the right thing and following the law. however that wasn't enough, and she got taken away. My mom and dad work hard to keep us financially stable. They have no breaks and are always working tirelessly, day and night, just to keep a roof over our heads and food on the table. They’ve sacrificed so much to give us even the bare essentials. But no matter how hard they work, it always feels like we’re just barely getting by. Bills pile up faster than we can pay them. Sometimes, even the basics feel like luxuries. It’s a constant battle, and it never seems to end. Despite all their efforts, we live in a cycle where there’s never quite enough money, and that kind of stress wears down to my parent’s health. It seemed like we were doing fine, still struggling and working hard to keep the roof over our heads but now
we’ve been hit with something even harder. Now that she’s gone, we’ve lost more than just a person we’ve lost a guiding hand, and the heart and soul that held our family together. We lost the women to our hearts. I never imagined I’d be in this position, reaching out and asking for help to bring my mom back. here I am, with a humble and open heart asking for your support during this difficult time. My family is doing everything we can to raise the funds we need, but we simply don’t have the financial means to move forward. Any support no matter how small, would mean the world to us. Please, help us bring our mom back home.
