It is with deep sadness that NRNA Tasmania shares the passing of Mr. Rakesh Kumar Patel from Birgunj, Nepal, who passed away in Tasmania, Australia.

At the request and with the full consent of his family, NRNA Tasmania has launched this fundraiser to support the repatriation of his mortal remains to Nepal, allowing his loved ones to perform his final rites with dignity and according to their cultural traditions.

The funds raised will be used to cover the costs of funeral home services, embalming, documentation, embassy requirements, international air freight, and all other necessary repatriation expenses.
