ICU - Inspiring Compassion & Understanding
Our Mission:
At ICU, we believe in kindness change lives. Our mission is to provide hot homemade meals, essential supplies, and compassion to those in need across our community. We strive to make sure no one feels forgotten - whether they're facing homelessness, hardship, or hunger.
As a self-employed mom who also homeschools my son, I do this work with heart and faith, relying on community donations to keep our efforts going. Every item you give directly helps someone in need and spreads hope where it's needed most.
Items We're Collecting:
Toiletries and Hygiene Products:
- Soap, shampoo, conditioner
- Deodorant, toothpaste, toothbrushes
- Feminine hygiene products
- Hand sanitizer, wipes, razors
Self-Care Essentials:
- Lotion, lip balm, socks
- Hairbrushes, combs, face towels
Food Donations:
- Non-perishable: canned goods, pasta, rice, snacks, bottled water
- Perishable: fresh ingredients used to prepare hot homemade meals
Monetary Donations:
- Financial contributions to help us purchase food and supplies when donations run low.
Food Storage & Serving Supplies:
- Disposable utensils, plates, napkins
- Takeout containers, foil, storage bags
