Help Us Bring Free Healthcare to Giles County
Donativo protegido
In rural communities like Giles County, Virginia, many people live in pain, unable to afford a doctor’s visit, dental care, or even a pair of glasses. But this fall, we’re bringing help to the community.
We’re a group of students from Virginia Tech, and we’ve partnered with Remote Area Medical (RAM) to bring a free, two-day pop-up clinic to Giles County on November 15–16, 2025, providing no-cost medical, dental, and vision care to those who need it most.
RAM has a long history of service in Virginia. Having held more than 100 pop-up clinics across the state, RAM has delivered over $45 million in free medical services to more than 143,000 Virginians.
We’re passionate about continuing the legacy here in our own community. But we can’t do it without your help.
Your donation directly supports patients by helping us:
- Offer free dental extractions, cleanings, and fillings
- Provide eye exams and make prescription glasses on-site
- Deliver general medical care, including lab work and women’s health services
- Supply the equipment and materials needed to run the clinic
- Cover food and lodging for volunteer medical providers
Every dollar raised brings hope to someone who might otherwise go without care. With your help, we can ensure no patient is turned away.
Will you join us in removing the barriers to health and dignity?
Please donate, share, and help us spread the word. Together, we can change lives—one patient at a time.
