My name is Jesca Juan, and this Christmas I am asking you to join me in making a meaningful difference in the lives of 200 vulnerable families in Uganda.

I am raising these funds in support of my friend, Mukisa Brian, Director of Real Hearts Foundation Uganda, and the Foundation’s work to restore hope, dignity, and opportunity for vulnerable children and families.

In September, Real Hearts Foundation reached 200 children with school supplies, helping them return to school with renewed confidence and hope. This December, we want to continue that work by bringing the spirit of Christmas to families who may otherwise struggle to celebrate.
