Hi my name is Kerry I am raising funds for my niece Casey she is 13 years old and been battling with Encephalitis not enough people know about this condition, its like a member of the meningitis family but attacks the brain

 

She has just came out of a 3 12 month coma . She has been left with some brain damage and is at the moment unable to walk , talk , or swallow on her own , she still is having assistance with her breathing

 

She is currently in Birmingham children's hospital, they are going to move her to hospital in London soon for her rehabilitation , she cannot come home till the family finds a home  that is adapted for her needs . This money will go towards helping her with anything  she may need and also helping the family out . They currently live in a rented house that is no longer any  good for Casey needs .
