We are Creating Tomorrow College, a specialist employability college and a charity supporting young adults with Special Educational Needs and Disabilities (SEND) on their journey to meaningful employment.

Did you know that while 86% of adults with SEND want to work, only 4.8% are currently in employment in the UK? This issue persists primarily because young people are not fully prepared for the world of work and the world of work is not ready for adults with additional needs.

At Creating Tomorrow College, we are dedicated to bridging this gap. Our mission is:

1. Empower young adults with SEND to gain the knowledge, skills and character they need to thrive in the workplace.

2. Educate and support employers to create inclusive environments where these young adults can reach their full potential.

We provide disability confidence training for businesses, equipping them with the knowledge to support employees with additional needs. With the right support, young people with additional needs can make incredible contributions to the workplace, enriching teams and delivering exceptional results.
