We here at the KYOSEI foundation are currently trying to raise money to build two new classrooms at the foundations school in Arusha Tanzania.
There is an estimated 2 million children between the ages of 7-13 years that are not enrolled in school in Tanzania. Along with almost 70% of children aged 14-17 who are not enrolled in secondary education.
KYOSEI foundation is a NFPO/NGO that is trying to close these gaps and offer free education to vulnerable children.
The KYOSEI foundation meeds to have 12 classrooms by the end of 2023 (currently 4) in order to get government certification & continue to operate. With 12 classrooms the foundation could offer free education for around 350 children from the pre primary/primary and secondary levels.
For reference, the cost to build just one classroom start to finish is around $13,000USD, this is including desks/painting etc. Any amount your able to donate will be greatly appreciated & you can be assured all this money is going directly towards this great cause.
