The era of extractive finance is ending. We are NGO Hummingbirds Guardians of the Earth, and after years of working with the traditional guardians of the Sierra Nevada, we are launching a global solution for economic sovereignty.
We have successfully synthesized the blueprints for a Super-App that operates under the Universal Code of Mother Earth, and we are now gathering the resources to develop the platform fully.
This is a digital organism where technology protects nature rather than dominating it. Through Blockchain and the Law of Origin, we are co-creating the first decentralized bank led by the indigenous wisdom. This is, at its core, a fractal governance system capable of scaling from local territories to a global magnitude. We have the vision, the roadmap, and the territorial approval—now we need the collective force to bring it to life.
While Abya Yala DAO is at the forefront of financial technology, our foundation is built on years of territorial work, legal rigor, and global diplomacy.
We are proud collaborators of the Blue Dot Project in their mission within the Sierra Nevada de Santa Marta, providing technical and strategic support to integrate Blockchain systems with territorial preservation. Our work is recognized by a global network of innovators, including Indrani Pal-Chaudhuri, Michel Kemmeter of the Brussels Club, and Adam Apollo, among other visionary leaders.
Technology without spirit is empty. This project has been formally consulted, co-designed, and approved by the Traditional Authorities of the Cabildo Arhuaco (Nabusimake). Every line of code respects the sacred "Law of Origin," ensuring that the digital sovereignty we build is in service of the land and its original guardians.
Transparency is our priority. All funds are managed and audited by ONG Colibríes Guardianes de la Tierra (Tax ID / NIT: 901224415-3), a legally registered non-profit in Colombia dedicated to planetary regeneration and the protection of biocultural heritage.
Abya Yala DAO was recently presented at the IV UN Conference on Financing for Development (Sevilla 2025) on a high-level panel chaired by Indrani Pal-Chaudhuri, a world-renowned social justice advocate and UN collaborator.
This is not just a fundraiser; it is a Minga.
In our ancestral tradition, a Minga is a collective labor where the community comes together to achieve a common goal that benefits everyone. By donating, you are not just a "backer," you become a participant in this sacred labor to dismantle extraction and install a system of Reciprocity (Ayni).
Where your contribution goes:
80% – Finalizing the Super-App MVP: Completing the Sociocratic Governance modules and the $AYNI wallet interface that allows for decentralized, transparent decision-making.
20% – Regulatory Sandbox & Legal Compliance: A crucial portion of the funds is dedicated to the Regulatory Sandbox process. We are working with legal experts to ensure our tokenized model meets all national financial regulations, allowing us to operate as a pioneer in "Sovereign Fintech" under the supervision of state authorities.
