We never thought we would be in a position where we needed to ask others for help but today, we are reaching out with humility and hope.

For over 10 years, my husband served a company with loyalty, hard work and dedication and truly cared about doing his job well. Unfortunately his employment ended in a way that we believe was unfair and mishandled, leaving our family shocked and deeply shaken.

When this happened, we had no choice but to seek legal advice to understand his rights and protect our family’s future. Hiring a lawyer was not something we planned for or could easily afford but we felt we had to do the responsible thing. As a result, we have already spent 45,000 SEK in legal costs.

What makes this even harder is that the company refuses to acknowledge their mistakes or offer any compensation unless we take the matter to court. Going to court, however, involves significant financial risk, a risk that feels overwhelming for a family with two children, especially when we are already carrying the burden of job loss and legal expenses.

We are not asking for luxury. We are asking for help to recover the costs we were forced to take on simply to stand up for fairness. Our immediate goal is to recover the 45,000 SEK already spent on legal advice. If we are fortunate enough to receive additional support, it would give us the possibility to continue defending my husband’s rights without putting our children’s security at risk.

This situation has taught us how difficult it can be for ordinary families to stand up against large organisations, even when the law may be on your side. Your support would not only help us financially, it would remind us that we are not alone.
