Hunger remains one of the biggest challenges children face in Sierra Leone. Some attend school with empty stomachs, others go the entire day without a proper meal.
To address this, we are launching the Waterloo Meal Pilot, providing:
- 1 nutritious breakfast + lunch per day
- 20 children
- 5 days a week
- For 3 months
This program ensures that the children from the community orphanage school in Waterloo receive two healthy meals each day, helping them stay energized, focused and hopeful.
Christmas Celebration for 50 Children (Fully Funded!!!)
This Christmas, we want to bring joy, dignity, and hope to children who are too often forgotten: underprivileged children and children living with disabilities in Sierra Leone. For many of them, Christmas passes like any other difficult day without celebration, without gifts, and without the warm feeling of belonging.
Thanks to your support, we are now able to:
- Provide a hot, nutritious Christmas meal
- Offer drinks and refreshments
- Give each child a small gift and school supply
- Include a festive party pack with snacks
- Create a decorated, joyful space
- Celebrate with music, games, and activities
- Bring all children together regardless of ability in a safe and inclusive environment.
This celebration does more than create smiles. It promotes inclusion and acceptance, helping break the stigma that many children with disabilities face.
